Not Redux lag on directx 10 and 11 (Metro 2033)

The original metro 2033 when switching to dx10 and dx11 is terribly laggy, 5 fps
In Redux on ultra with tessellation and physx 60 fps
Vidyuhi gtx 950 2gb
What could be the problem?
Both games licenses in steam

turn off MSAA and everything will be fine to fly. is that the mission to rescue Anna in the fire will be drawdown(Ray of hope).
