Error Vulkan 1.1 (Detroit: Become Human)

When you start the game an error appears support Vulkan graphics Api 1.1.
Reinstalling drivers doesn't help.

AMD Ryzen 3750
16GB DDR4 RAM
GeForce GTX1660Ti
Win 10 1909

Reddit has a thread but nothing helps, wind is the most fresh

i think the problem is due to ryzen incompatiblity to vulkan

The solution to the problem.
Disable and enable the onboard graphics in device Manager (in my case Vega8) , and everything runs without error.
