Build PC

Hello, friends. A topic I've created on this site, but I decided to ask again to discuss and Refine the build.
At the moment my build looks like this:
1)graphics Card PALIT nVidia GeForce GTX 1660SUPER
2) Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600
3) Motherboard ASROCK PRO4 B450M-F
4) memory Module CORSAIR Vengeance 2x 8Gb 3200(recommended to me Balistic, but one I found).
As a result, the budget is somewhere around 41к that slightly exceeds the established 40K. Therefore, I ask: how can you save? Maybe we can find another motherboard or RAM? RAM another problem is that in my city it and especially not something. Also, no online shopping.
In addition to this another question: will pull this build, my PSU is 500 watts.

Here have thrown, but if it should be exactly 40. Then take just 2060.

it is possible to abandon the SSD, memory because as much as simple like a Mat Board is not at this generation of processors and not under acceleration and not under Express. you can take the processor of last generation production 16 AZM 1700-2700 for example
and the graphics card is weak and hungry. I wanted modern equipment with the addition of the thinner 2070 under fulco and would not climb as it would stretch the budget beyond the current

on the contrary I said that now basically there is an emphasis in the processor, so 3600 to take better.

Yes, if the tests to see the difference between 1600 and 2600 is not bad.

What nonsense.
All would have bought the gt 1030 and 9900k.
The focus goes to the graphics card.
Even a couple from 1600 to put 2080ti, he would be able to load. But despite what the settings.
If we talk about ultra in 1080p, load sure. And about 4K in General is not present sense to speak.
I would rather get 2060s + 1600 than 3600 and 1660s-ti.
And games that rape the CPU very little.
I don't know who you listened to about the processor, show me that genius.
