Do not run the game (Kingdom Two Crowns)

Bought the game the incentive , clicked play , the game status Running, but the game run not in a hurry . Waited 40 minutes , still my Desk and playing with status Running. In task Manager the process appears ( through it could only close ). No active Windows anymore .
