I did it with a secret passage in the bunker 317 (sort of like this room was that in the North-East corner of the wasteland is)) And then read in the Internet that you can just the book found in the bunker to put in the shelf, and it would be moved :D But at least my Persian and specializiruetsya on interests and care, but somehow for me, these bonuses don't apply, so I guessed only to undermine the rack, and calmly pass :D
