Windows does not see M2
put the system 970 SAMSUNG EVO 2 TB MZ-V7E2T0BW M. 2 PCI-Express, BIOS sees it and Windows does not, so doesn't help the team diskmgmt.msc disk does not see, what to do and how to be. plugged in the slot where the arrow is, if it matters.

Read the manual for the mother Board, kathoey slot m2 chipsety, and what processor. In General, the logic of the top slot should be CPU, but not the fact.

In General, these disks have system put. ie under Windows. I would put it in the CPU slot (this is most likely exactly top, instruction to the nurse and TTX study), and from him the Windows would be put.
