Got the quest.Task 1 - reservoir of Poseidon, to accompany Scripture to the terminal.
Came. I've cleaned out. Standing at the terminal even opened the door, he's standing right there and nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

What is the restart? Rebooted 5 times, is scriptor in place and works well. What's wrong?

In General, you should not take these quests. They are like the radiant, i.e. infinite. Ripping farts, obscuring a novice who was always rushing into battle ahead farther into the Inferno, and not even treated for a lousy 100 caps - damn it, really not worth it.
