Microfreeze every 2 seconds consistently in all of the games

Once installed on your laptop pirate CoD 4 remastered appeared MicroProse in all games .I reinstalled Windu and formoterol drives ,nothing helped .I thought it was the miner ,but none of the antivirus sees nothing ,and the principle of the miner does not .MicroProse appear only in games . I think the configuration of my laptop in this case is not important . All those games in which MicroProse earlier was normal .And please don't write that it's a laptop ,it's true!
