Stuck characters (Detroit: Become Human)

We got to a certain Chapter, there are three places where Cara can go with a girl( Motel, abandoned building and Parking lot) when it comes to a certain point, the characters crash all around them glows, flashes, rain comes, the camera can twist, but the characters themselves are all frozen and all. Changed the drive, I thought was the problem, but the problem is not solved. Maybe someone had something similar???
