With a reserve for WHAT? For the office PC, Yes, games NO.
Processor 2012, was already obsolete. RAM is weak, under AMD low 2133/2400. Graphics card anything, but I'd say for a gaming PC - GTX 1060 6Gb minimum, ideally 1070. With the stock 1080 goes.
Generally, any Assembly of PCs an individual matter. I expressed my opinion as I see it, what stock You have there, I don't know.
Do easier - take the money and enjoy, don't ask questions, because WITH the STOCK can and 120-200 thousand PC to collect.
