Hangs (Ring of Elysium)

Hello!
The game is not with no reason at all... hangs May hang straight to the menu, and maybe during the fight with it in battle fps 40 - 50, there's no lag time and abruptly hung...
config PC:
percents intel core duo e8600 3.3 ghz
gtx 650 1gb
4 gb ram
but my friend's configuration is worse in combat 25 - 30 fps, but nothing hangs...
what could be the problem??
