Body Parts for the downloaded cars (Car Mechanic Simulator 2018)

I downloaded from this site a large number of machines,and found the Mercedes AMG GTS in the junkyard with no doors and without any body parts when I went to the store I did not see any body parts nomachine which I installed
what to do???
