Pirate DLC for Warhammer 40k Dawn of War

In DoW2 achievements there are achievements for Chaos Rising. But this add-on is sold separately. You can install pirated DLC without the threat of a ban?

Chaos rising - in my opinion, the best part of the game.
I have a steam library of individual lines are DoW2 and DoW2HR. Runs but is in fact one and the same game.
I heard that the achievements you can cheat a software program. Personally I'm not worried about these achievements.

The best? I don't know, I like DoW's, because they are more on the strategy is similar.
