How to open shtorki-hatches Windows in the APC? (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl)

I bought an APC,but noticed that shtorki-hatches-Windows that you need to look at the road,closed.In fashion shtorki to the RFP were opened on the button,there is no such.So how to open them?
