Bought a used processor AMD Athlon II X4 641 2.8 GHz/ 4MB (AD641XWNZ43GX).When voltage 1.415 runs only on the frequency of 2.5 GHz. What would raise to Standart for this CPU 2.8 GHz I had to raise the voltage of 1.515. Motherboard A55M-HVS. When reducing the voltage hangs on download windows 7 (where the badge is presented). - The hell?

Tried iti in voltage from 1.415. When you raise the comp booted but BSOD appeared (see above) also stops hard disk the picture freezes and at the top left appear more red squares.
