Shimmering squares across the screen

Percents i3 2120
Video gtx 960
RAM 4gb 1333mgh
Power 520W
During games under heavy load appear here are shimmering squares across the screen, sometimes right on the screen of the passing. Chased farmakom, they were not there, disassembled changed the thermal paste, the chip is fine. not chipped not shot down not rolled away no scratches, the capacitors are not swollen, inserted the video card in another computer, the squares on it, changed fire wood, put the paging file, nothing helps, wildly tired, please help.

Maybe the monitor can dump the chip, maybe the wire leading to the monitor, can plug in the monitor/graphics card, maybe PCI-E is dying.
Can curve Assembly of Windows + repak curve + crooked installed/configured the driver.
A lot of things can be all that you need to check yourself.

disassembled looked chip right without external damage, tried it on the monitor and TVs, the effect is the same, the Windows are clean and checked, on the previous computer worked without problems, fire wood tried different, with no changes.
