To get different color options:complete quest "Call of freedom" for the Minutemen to obtain color variations of the Minutemen armour T-45;
complete quest "the Conspiracy" for the faction "railroad" to get the option for T-51;
follow the quest of the "Nuclear cats" to get the option for T-60;
complete quest "the Brotherhood of steel: shadow of steel" to get the option for BOS T-60;
follow the quest Institute "Nuclear family" to get the version for the X-01;
collect magazines "Hot rod" to open red.
there are all but Institute, is it possible to open their color through the console?
A"Nuclear family it will be when? The final movie for the Institute I already had.
Moreover, I join issue, as the quest Conspiracy I cannot go for the reason that Underground is no more. I went for the Institute performing the tasks of the brotherhood of steel (after receiving power armor they gave me were somehow not interesting), or Underground (which I drank on the job).

The set command BoSPaintJobSentinel to 1 gives the option of adding the color guard of the brotherhood of Steel on the T-60,regardless of the ending.
The set command PA_Global_Material_Institute to 1 enables the colouring of the Institute on the X-01,regardless of the ending.
