Often hangs (Ring of Elysium)

Played today. After 15 minutes of the game, the game freezes. What could be the problem?
P. s I noticed that this happens when you approach the loot, for the case above, I went to the ball.

If you play on the PC in your profile,then it's no wonder why you have it hangs. The system is the game decent loads.

And Yes optimizing the game is not very.
