There is no sound dialogue (Dishonored 2)

I have a problem with the sounds of conversations,they simply do not have ,ie .when you press the heart ,usually any comment out either when a training gameplay in the beginning of the game ,the one with Corvo Atano,there, too, he usually says anything,and indeed G.
