Hangs in the start menu (Forza Horizon 4)

Before everything was OK, now on initial splash screen, when starting to profile, it hangs or crashes, try to create a new profile, everything is fine with him, but in the old profile all save the (already very much passed) who faced such problem and whether there is what that decision may be possible to transfer the save to a new profile?
