Hangs during startup on the splash screen (FIFA 19)

Hangs during startup on the splash screen where it says press Start or Space to continue to boot a couple of seconds and crashes.

Maybe someone can throw me your settings Personal seting 1 in folder Documents>FIFA 19 ??
