Gems and pieces of a treasure map. (Divine Divinity)

Good afternoon. Due to the fact that I'm already in the story collected seven races, you understand. before the end of the game already a bit. Hence the question: Who is the supplier of Gold Gems? For the entire game (and I really looked along and across) I got just 4 gold gems, while the rest of my two dozen. Tried on the market square (above) at the brow by restarting vytsyganit at least one gold: 100 times never had any, even though the other three at once fell out.
Second:the Dungeon of Verdict I smoothed out completely, but neither of whom (and so living I didn't leave) did not fall out of the map of the treasure. I ran a dungeon while holding ALT and found nothing. The passage is written in what part of the dungeons she had to drop but a few. Is the one where the teleport is?
