Splinter Cell Blacklist no textures

Guys corny no textures in the game, I shook no sound downloaded the Repack from mechanics now, no textures. This happens when I run the game on DX 9 for 10 if you change the textures but the fps is very low!!! Tell me after a whole day spent on this error.
