How to use adrenaline (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

please help-the description says when there is a scale of adrenaline may be pinching the mouse to be harnessed special techniques,but I don't have these techniques,and of course the niche is not working,plz tell me,can I even so in the key bindings missed something,XS

The adrenaline thing is passive as I understand it.It only increases the force of the blows

Well, actually it is not so, there are skills that use adrenaline, and for some of them (e.g. the Whirlwind of the red line) really need to hold the left mouse button. So you cannot say that adrenaline just stupid increases damage and slows down time and everything.

No shit it is not clear, the cell of the adrenaline accumulated to spend a supercritical shock is not clear.
