and I have pirates 22 fps in the menu in the game, some glitch and don't know what to do with it

IMHO either a software glitch or maybe something to do with the new monitor finally hooked up the 4K Monique 4 months remained in the box since purchase. Strange, some sort of optimization. I thought that the fps would be much lower with such settings (10-12 somewhere), since no Rocket likes Vulcan. But after the firmware of the new BIOS, the Rockets again showed themselves in the best light, even on Vulcan.

you don’t have any rocket, and it’s close, nvidia quadro P0 cards are not rocket cards, it’s just their revision, especially since they are most likely the most unpretentious for you, the quad is not for games and in games can be inferior to ordinary discrete cards.

For example, a friend from whom I learned about the Rockets has a gtx 670 and four Quad Rocket on the updated firmware. So the performance there is even better than mine. I can't figure out what kind of rockets you are talking about? If about Red Rocket X, which was made by Red, then this is nonsense, since their website says that support for rockets has been discontinued, as well as production, so there can be no firmware for them.
