Re-Mars-Tered a problem with the review. (Red Faction: Guerrilla)

I decided to play the remaster of the red faction, everything went without problems. But after a few minutes of the game, in columns heard a power surge and when the camera rotation is happening here is a phenomenon.

Happens randomly after a restart may appear, but maybe not. Here and ask maybe someone encountered such a bug.
