Anomaly with smoke (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good day, Komrad. I want to ask Council. how to remove the damn thing under my feet, which often smokes like a chimney...could a mod which is responsible for this? I personally never found that guilty or is this a stupid bug?

The usual bugs Gazebo,you can go to the link I gave and read,I myself have had a couple of bugs,for example the eyes Draugr even picked up a couple of times.
