Have file v_file0.avi
Write in the command line
C:\Program Files (x86)RADVideo\binkc.exe v_fle0.avi output.bk2
Where output.bk2 - our converted file.
PS by the way, when you launch the Converter, he gives you all the options and paints.
You can write a batch file format:
ECHO OFF
C:\Program Files (x86)RADVideo\binkc.exe %1% 1.bk2
And apply the batch file to the desired file you wish to convert. output file in this case will be the same name as the original(self-other with a different extension)
I think you have is not the original version, castrated and without the Converter.

Well, tonight I will try,if I will describe in more detail.
when you launch the Converter, he gives you all the options and paints.
So the fact that it converts only Bink Video (.bik),other format, there is simply not to choose.
I understand there is a SDK but it is paid and it is necessary to send the application developers program.
Spoiler
@I understand there is a SDK but it is paid and it is necessary to send the application developers program.@
it is necessary if you want to replace video and implement it into your app.
I don't think this is exactly what you need. and it is better and easier to create a zip archive, change a few bytes in the header(to the simple archiver is not opened) and stick avi.
You need to rename the bik format to bk2 and the game will be video.
And I agree - the program runs RadVideo not always, does not see certain formats and often produces errors. With all the variety of the stated files to convert, program, for whatever reason, surely sees only avi.
