Slowly start noticing. What perks are good, which are not and which are generally useless. Well, the questions on the cards where the mechanics are not known.

Strength (Power)
The hoarder
A very handy map to collect stuff that would not sort that should not have to and that would get rid of the overload. On the 3rd level -75% of the weight.
Iron fist
The question here is: items Such as costet, drum, power fist, etc. - will work with this card?
Sturdy frame
Also quite a good card and should be for everyone. All have at least a 5% life.
A travelling pharmacy
As if the sketchy. If a lot of stimulants and drugs definitely can be taken.
Hryas
This map also did not understand. If it works on melee weapons melee? Too much damage boosts. Or, as I think this damage applies to kick butt?
Expert on shotguns
AT first the map seemed great. A shotgun with a weight of 10 turned into weight 1. It was fine to carry (but in fact only 3 species).
At the moment this card is useless to me. In inventory, 1 shotgun (grenade launcher by the way also applies to shotguns) - but takes 3 slots. I use it very rarely, only in big batches.
One of the advantages of this perk, then you can gather up a bunch of different shotguns (without reloading) and parse them on the machine, thus gaining for them the modification. In the end, I have a lot of modifications to it, but unfortunately do not use.
Perception
Treasure hunter, Collector magazines, Upselector

Yes, brass knuckles, diamonds, power fists, Boxing gloves, etc. All that belongs to the category of No weapons.

It seems to me that this map is useless. Following the logic of fallout 4, the higher level the mob, the higher the resistance and energy damage normal, well, almost all the mobs in the game have 100% resist to radiation.

White knight
A very important skill. 5% more damage. break down fast enough and the repair is not enough rare materials.
Spy
My favorite and important skill. Because play using stealth. Besides it have the legendary armor of stealth and shaded all your booking, which further adds to stealth. The Sandman

Outdoorsman

A perk I have, but the damage ranged increased by 2 times. Apparently the bug. Perk is useless if the damage will be increased only by 0.15.

The map is working. If you are outside the line of sight of enemies, Crouch and the alarm mode will slide with Danger for Attention.
For Caps Lock you can toggle from running to walking. When walking stealth above. With this perk from running to walking you switch.
