Smoothing is incorrect most of the game (Darksiders 3)

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=1
Value 1 can be changed to any side to reduce/enhance the effect. No soap remains in sight.
Smoothing in the game settings it is recommended to set to maximum
