How to put on a ship more than one weapon? (X4: Foundations)

People, I must be terribly blunt, but I do not understand how to put on a ship more than one weapon. :)
The store bought new and sold old. What I don't understand?

Do not understand this point. Likely to purchase puhi in the bilge and change them whenever you want no way. In principle, logical and realistic. The best I've found is to take the boat a few gun nests.
