No Russian language help (STEEP)

The game is no Russian language, all in English, went into settings, there's stuff in the uplay client shows that the game is in Russian, what should I do ples help

I wrote about The crew (I had the English version).
And they gave me Russian.
Wrote about STEEP and denied))).
Then re-wrote and gave the Russian version.
