Buttons don't work mini-games (WWE 2K19)

Actually such a situation in the game when you throw the opponent out of the ring or when the enemy is you, not working keys mini games. That is, you can't throw your opponent and avoid what you throw is also impossible.
Keys don't respond neither on the controller nor on the keyboard. Who faced with similar and how to solve the problem?
