4) reinstall the game

Don't quite understand the following, and what is your operating system? I googled Unity 2018.1.0f2_d4d99f31acba is not a game, and to the system. This is one of the components. I do not quite understand what, but.... to start a fresh fire wood for a video card, maybe Direkth update. A Set Of C++.
The problem is not in the game, unity cannot start.
1. Crooked stood up unity, you can remove its folder, and reinstall.
2. The system has multiple monitors configured and they are crooked.
3. 10 has no updates necessary for the work of unity. Ie you need to run Windows Update and updated.
