To change the time spawn (Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3)

Why when I load or go to another location, the time always displayed in 0 hours. May be somebody tried in the scripts/configs to change the spawn time? Let it remain the same, but at least a day.
I myself was looking for where there is prescribed time, but something is not found(
