4K resolution (Call of Duty: Ghosts)

Decided to play on a 4K monitor,but in game settings there is no 3840x2160 resolution,the maximum for 2K.Please tell me how to config manually to put it.This is probably the only game where there are no settings in 4K resolution.

Nvidia RTX 2080.I meant settings in the game itself.And on the desktop and in other games everything is fine,and almost all have settings 4K, why is it only in this game.

The fact of the matter is,all games in the settings you can set this permission,and in this no.All subject to change,so I want using the game's config to set,but don't know how.

Go into settings manage 3d settings. "CUDA – GPUs"
DSR - Smoothness
Put a tick 0,2 0,3 0,4
And in esperans get optimum must be determined if 4K Monique allows.
