The app (Fortnite)

Please help, I'm on a mission it is Very disturbing simulation(plankinton 2/13) , I found 4 of the 7 messages are required (for the map to collect where exclam. sign), but then I went back to collect the messages in a mission with the power of the storm 19 (as needed), I don't know what to do, very upset, can't go any further. The forum English(official), I don't understand, in a deep channel could not help, so I came in the game tried to reinstall, didn't help.. tried the service playkey, did not help, probably some kind of bug of the mission( I wrote in support three times (one just posted) to no avail. Very upset bought the game recently
