Horrible lag after Windows reinstallation (Neverwinter Nights)

Installed windows 10, and NVN lag so that it is impossible to play, although at seven all was fine. Any idea what's the problem?
Compatibility and min. graph. settings tried

If not the Enhanced Edition, then change the game sound settings (playback mode), for them there are terrible brakes.

Happened to reinstall Windows before. All the same it was in the top ten. Thank you all for the help!
