8 cores, 16 gigs of RAM, graphics Card 8GB. More time (70%) the game runs at 35-40 FPS. There subsidence up to 5-10 FPS. But most importantly, CPU usage 35-40%, RAM 4-5 GB Video 1.5-2 GB. How to make the game use all the resources of the game?

Usually freezes after visiting a few planets in systems.

Made sure that the game processorsamsung on AMD FX-8350 8Gb ram c was a significant drawdown, replaced Ryzen 2600X c r5 16Gb ram was much more comfortable to play, the lag became almost invisible (the amd R9 390 both cases).
