Little clothes in SR4 (Saints Row 4)

During the game I noticed that the stores under Suits very few of them in each store and some are MS suits.And even in the Repack that I downloaded included 24DLC(without translation)..) so these costumes are DLC also present.Why?other people all the rules they have costume DLC Anime, and other.
