Problems with fishing (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I already went through the whole story, recently beat out 100%, and then faced with the problem ( see photo ), the reason is not clear to me, in the Internet such is not found. Remained asleep, nothing has changed...in this case, I fished a couple of days ago, everything was OK...
