Anyone know - disk edition GOTY PS4 - one-time activation code DLC? Or after installation to a different console (different account) you can re-code to activate and download the DLC ??

Strange question of course (especially when you consider that the answer is already given in the question - nonce as it suggests) - if this code is activated again (for another account) it can not be activated.
Actually are all the activation codes - 1 code 1 account
