Rebooting during game (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Actually a subject-during the game the PC goes to reboot.This problem only in the cold.Temperature everything is normal, no questionable actions with PC was conducted.
Initially sinned on the VC and bpsych ( was 580 and since 600 watts), but replacing them with new ones (screenshot below)-the situation has not changed.
If who faced with similar, prompt please how to fix it.Thank you!
