Video card

When running stress test to drain the memory frequency and cores video card using 0:30-3:00 gives a black screen.If lower frequency of memory and cores on 200 then it works without giving a black screen. Video card 1060 3 gb from Gigabyte

finally for overclocking Nada a voltage increase but this could translate to unintentional murder or untimely demise graphics and explosions

Or maybe it's because of a bad PSU, or lack of fans in the case?

due to bad PSU could in theory be if BP does not give power to the graphics card specifically or if the graphics card is not very power or the limit of the power through the cord so to speak
temperature does not affect and it can be monitored using utilities (I do not know as there at 1060, and if they have a disabling threshold)
