Where to find Shani? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Shani you can find the house just BEFORE the passage of DLS. You will receive a couple of unique dialogues. And play Quint, winning which will receive a special card.
If you have not found, (after passing it already in the story, left), the map would lie there on the table.
