The game is not responding (Car Mechanic Simulator 2018)

Just say the game I have pirated version
And so it started. I launch the game from the desktop shortcut,the start of the game,but climbs the window under the guise of the name of the game, and immediately not responding after 5 minutes of waiting, the window disappears and,well, tobish all the process,everything ends

Help people,can who faced with such rubbish
