Rast breaks super new comp (Rust)

Hi, a few days ago, I bought a POWERFUL new computer (Ryzen 3800 and 5700 Radeon X XT Gaming, 32 GB operatives). Now, when I try to start Rust, it runs as if in the background, I see the game in menu alt + tab when in this menu I choose rust, nothing happens, then I press alt + enter (windowed mode) and the picture appears. I type in the menu, but only in windowed mode, but at least you can interact with.
But all this time my Moet behaves wildly, horizontal stripes appear(stupidly tearing the monitor), it is very lagging when I try to go back to full screen mode, the picture disappears again. Then I close RUST, but my computer becomes very slow, buggy, can still appear runnest on the screen. Comp lag is unreal, I want it like you don't know what happened. A long time coming to.
Should I wait or reboot it.
Nothing like this happens in other games, only in Rust. WFT?

How to fix it? What's the problem? How can I play RUST?


On my old PC which was worse at times, it was nothing, only can what fps 20.
