Game crashes after some time (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Config:
I3 8100
Gtx1660
12RAM 2400
The game on the HDD
After some time(5-10 minutes) crashes with an unknown error.
Maybe someone faced with such kind of missions? tell me how to fix it.

Yes, it is. The problem was solved like this:

Delete the document folder configs of the game, and then in settings go to directx 12.
