Strangely sags sags fps iza bots (Counter-Strike: Source)

Don't know but I have never had this problem on pirates, but now there litsuhe, in short, as soon as bots start moving the fps drops sharply from 60 to 25. I downloaded one config for the deterioration of the charts but it did not help me. How to make sure that bots didn't drop fps in-game? Maybe it's in a license?
