History of the brotherhood of steel - what's wrong with him in the new game? (Fallout 76)

So, I, need deciding: what, where, how and why.
Came to branch quests of BS, so there is in the first camp (where you want the location of the headquarters to find). There is a curious record that, in fact, Roger Mekson, organizes all of the Brotherhood. But in previous fallout, it seems, it was believed that they were connected with the base of Mariposa? There's, like, too, the vest-tech, but it looks pretty weird.

This game is not "the same" Brotherhood of Fallout 1 and 2. Local Fraternity organized on the basis of an elite squad of Rangers, whose leader was personally acquainted with Roger Mekson. After the great War they were able to communicate via satellite, and Roger convinced the local to organize a new branch of the Brotherhood.

Those records, which is broadcasting Roger Mekson, was transmitted by radio. And he Mekson, as he should be, sitting in a bunker in Lost hills.

West-tech is here too, Yes. They before the war was over the people in the town of Huntersville - FEV poured into the local water supply, causing many residents died and the rest were turned into super mutants. This act of the authorities and convinced the local Rangers to join the Brotherhood. Near Huntersville, by the way, a local Fraternity gave the first fight the super mutants.

Well, at least all in their places.
